1. Order
Any orders are binding and are handled by our music shop without any special acknowledgment as soon as possible and at the lowest possible costs. In case you have a special deadline, please state it. We will contact you then regarding possible extra fees.
In case of delivery problems, we reserve the right to withdraw from the order. Deliveries in several parts are permitted.
Alterations and cancellations of placed orders can only be taken into account when presented to us before we started handling the original order.
2. Prices
The prices given for sheet music and books are - to a large extend - subject to price fixing and therefore binding.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors accepted.
3. Returns
Sheet music cannot be exchanged. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
4. Terms of payment, postage
Invoices will be sent with the goods and are payable net terms only. Deliveries exceeding an amount of EUR 38,50 are free of postage at home (within Germany).
5. Delivery and  despatch
The goods are delivered at the buyer's risks and costs. We reserve the right to deliver orders which were placed for the first time only after paying in advance. Claims due to discrepencies must be presented in writing or on electronic way within ten days of the receipt of the goods.
All damages due to transport have to be notified to the transport company on receipt. The respective record has to be sent to us immediately. We will immediately replace the damaged good(s).
6. Responsibility, replacement
We will fully provide compensation for all incorrect and badly done deliveries due to my firm. Any other claims for compensation will be refused.
7. Ways of payment
Within Germany, payment of the invoice is possible both by bank transfer or by bank debit if this is particularly  desired.
Payment by ec cheque (non-negotiable cheque/voucher check) made out  in EUR is possible home and abroad.
Payments from abroad are also possible by credit card (EURO/VISA/American Express).
8. Reservation of  proprietary rights
I will retain the property of the delivered goods until the full payment of the invoiced price.
9. Other
Placing the order, these terms of delivery and payment are accepted.
In case one of the regulations included in these terms should become inoperative, the effectiveness of all the other regulations shall not be affected.
The contract is governed by German law only.
The court of jurisdiction is in Leipzig.
